James Clark

James Clark has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. James began their career as a Marketing Assistant at Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts in 2005 and later worked as a Manager of Promotions at Brooklyn Philharmonic. In 2009, they transitioned to teaching at Larchmont Music Academy before taking on an Accounting Intern role at Tribeca Business Management in 2010. From 2011 to 2014, James worked as an Assurance Intern and later as an Assurance Staff at Ernst & Young. In 2014, they joined VICE Media as a Senior Accountant, eventually becoming a Senior Finance Manager in 2016. James then moved to SL Green Realty Corp. in 2017, where they took on positions such as Accounting Manager, Vice President of Corporate Accounting & Financial Reporting, and currently holds the role of Senior Vice President and Controller.

James Clark attended Tufts University from 2000 to 2004 and obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Music and History. James then pursued a Master of Music degree in Jazz Piano Performance from New York University from 2007 to 2009. Later, in 2010 to 2012, they attended Baruch College and earned a Master of Business Administration degree in Accounting. Additionally, they obtained a Certified Public Accountant certification from the New York State Office of the Professions in 2013.
