Kevin Reade

Kevin Reade has worked at SL Green Realty Corp. since 2003. Kevin started as an Assistant Property Manager in February 2003 and was later promoted to Property Manager in April 2005. Kevin held this role until February 2011. In June 2018, they were promoted to Vice President, Portfolio Manager, a position they currently hold. Prior to working at SL Green Realty Corp., Kevin Reade worked in the Facilities Department at Tufts University from May 2001 to May 2002.

Kevin Reade received a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Tufts University from 1998 to 2002. Kevin also holds additional certifications, including LEED AP, Operations and Maintenance from USGBC (obtained in 2016), FS/EAP Director from the New York City Fire Department (obtained in 2015), and a Real Property Administrator certification from the Building Owners & Managers Institute (obtained in 2005).
