SLA
SLA is on a mission: with every organic salad we serve, we aim to make the world a bit more healthy and sustainable. Quite a goal to set, so where did we start? In our home country of the Netherlands of course. Hundreds of times a year we ask ourselves the same question: “What to eat today?”. At SLA we chose to answer that question with organic, pure and local food which is now ordered by thousands of people a year. Added up all these salads already helped a lot of people to get healthier and make more sustainable eating choices. One single salad, so many benefits. In 2013 we opened the doors of our very first SLA salad bar in Amsterdam. It was one of the first places in the Netherlands where people could enjoy organic salads, juices, soups and other snacks. Now, four years later, SLA has grown from 1 to 12 shops and we’ve spread our wings to Utrecht, Haarlem & the Hague. We’re proud to say we’ve managed to keep our standards high and all of our products are still organic and always made with respect for the environment. Our recipes are plant-based and often vegan and gluten-free.
