Jefferson A. Gregory, MBA, MChemE, PMP, currently serves as Plant Manager at Slab Dream Lab since October 2023. Previously, Jefferson held various leadership roles including Engineering Manager at Pharmavite, Technical Director at JAG Industrial Corp, and Project Management/Engineering at KIK Custom Products, where significant contributions included the design and installation of chemical manufacturing production lines. Jefferson's background also includes positions as Engineering and Maintenance Manager at CertainTeed Corporation, Contract Manager at New York City Transit Authority—where contract management was transformed for improved performance—and Sr. Project Manager & Plant Supervisor at PepsiCo, managing extensive asset portfolios and ensuring production targets were met. Jefferson holds an MBA in Finance from Baruch College and two degrees in Chemical Engineering from The City University of New York.
