Anju Bansal

Anju Bansal serves as the Senior Director of Engineering for Datastores, Data Streaming, and Caching at Slack since May 2019, having previously held roles including Director and Senior Engineering Manager within the company. Prior to Slack, Anju Bansal spent 18 years at IBM, where responsibilities included leading engineering teams for open-source projects in machine learning and data science, managing global teams for Bioinformatics solutions, and overseeing content management systems. Anju Bansal's earlier experience includes a Senior Product Manager role at Portal Software and an Architect position at AT&T Mobility, with a foundational education in Computer Science from The University of Texas at Austin and a Bachelor's degree from the University of Rajasthan.
