Ria Mansukh

Ria Mansukh is an experienced professional currently serving as the Head of Strategic Programs and Business Operations for Solutions Engineering at Slack, where Ria has held various roles since April 2018, including Senior Manager and Customer Success Manager. Prior experience includes working at Zones, Inc. from September 2013 to March 2017 as Account Director, achieving significant sales success and client retention across EMEA, and winning multiple awards for performance. Ria also managed compliance and procurement at Burberry, interned as a Financial Analyst at the Foreign and Commonwealth Office, and served as an Officer Cadet in the Royal Air Force. Ria holds a BSc (Hons) in Geography with Business from Queen Mary University of London and an International Baccalaureate from Island School in Hong Kong.
