Joe Zhou

Joe Zhou is an experienced supply chain executive currently serving as Senior Vice President of Supply Chain at Slade Gorton & Co, Inc., an importer and distributor of fine seafood, since January 2023. Previously, Joe Zhou held various positions at Red Lobster from July 2014 to January 2023, including Vice President of Strategic Sourcing and Senior Director of Supply Chain for Protein Procurement. Additionally, Joe Zhou worked at Darden for over a decade, advancing from Director to Senior Director of Purchasing. Joe Zhou holds an MBA in Business Administration and Management from Webster University and a BA in English with a focus on Cross-cultural Communications from Beijing Foreign Studies University.
