Annie McCall

Annie McCall is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in ServiceNow implementation, technical consulting, and systems support. Currently serving as a Sr ServiceNow Developer at Slalom since January 2023, Annie has a strong background in Agile methodologies and has successfully mentored team members while leading various ITSM, HRSD, and custom application projects. Previous roles include Technical Consultant at Acorio, where Annie handled ServiceNow implementation projects, and Engineer I at the University of Phoenix, focusing on system administration and reporting. With a Master's degree in Information Systems & Management from the University of Phoenix and a Bachelor's in Elementary Education from Ottawa University, Annie also possesses valuable experience in team supervision, software support, and web design.
