Cesar Olivas

Cesar Olivas has extensive experience in front end engineering and web development, notably serving as Front End Engineering Manager for Accenture México from July 2013 to September 2022, where responsibilities included leading the Front End Engineering practice, managing client relationships, and overseeing performance management. Currently, Cesar holds the position of Director of Client Delivery at Slalom since October 2025, and has also taken on roles such as Engineering Manager at Bounteous and Principal Architect at CI&T. Early career highlights include positions as a Web Designer and Front End Developer at various organizations, including Justia and Sieena Software, where skills in XHTML, CSS, jQuery, and PHP were developed. Cesar holds an AAS in Web Production and Design from Dallas College.
