Danielle Crandall

Danielle Crandall is an experienced Experience Architect at Slalom, contributing to innovative solutions in business advisory, customer experience, technology, and analytics since May 2018. Crandall serves as an Advisory Board Member for the Design Thinking Program at Tombolo Institute at Bellevue College. Previous roles include Business Intelligence Analyst and Business Operations in Azure Cloud Services at Rational Interaction, along with leadership positions at Confluence Digital and Matisia Consultants, where strategic guidance and operational support were provided. A significant tenure at the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation involved managing vendor relationships, overseeing contract operations, and directing application development teams. Crandall holds a Bachelor of Arts from Washington State University and completed Design Thinkers Academy training in 2015.
