Jennifer Fairbanks

Jennifer Fairbanks is an experienced HR professional with a focus on benefits and leave management, currently serving as an Analyst in Leave and Well Being and a Senior Human Resources Manager for Global Benefits at Slalom since May 2006. Fairbanks has successfully managed internal benefits teams, trained and developed leave of absence functions, and acted as a point of escalation and employee advocate during significant transitions.
