Misty Grooms

Misty Grooms serves as the Senior Director of Salesforce Solution Delivery at Slalom, leading a team of Salesforce Solution Architects, Business Analysts, and Configurators since January 2021. In previous roles, Grooms was the Director of Global Delivery Excellence at Slalom, overseeing large-scale Salesforce implementations, and the Salesforce Global Offering Lead at DXC Technology, where strategic partnerships and go-to-market offerings were developed. Further experience includes positions at CSRA Inc., CSC, Ciber, and Astadia, where management of Salesforce consultancy teams and support for enterprise CRM solutions were primary responsibilities. Grooms has a strong educational background with an IMBA from the University of South Carolina and a BS in Business Administration from The Citadel.
