Taiki Ishizaki

Taiki Ishizaki is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and recruitment, currently serving as the Senior HR Lead at Braze since May 2022. Prior to this role, Taiki was a Senior Recruiter at Tableau from July 2019 to April 2022, managing end-to-end recruiting activities for various functions in Japan and specializing in sales and solution engineering. Taiki also contributed to diversity and inclusion initiatives as a committee member at Salesforce, where the recruitment role was held following Salesforce's acquisition of Tableau. Previously, Taiki worked as a Senior Consultant at RGF Executive Search Japan and as a recruitment consultant at Optia Partners, specializing in the consumer goods and retail sectors.
