Jaylene Gonzalez

Jaylene Gonzalez, M.A., is an experienced human resources professional with a strong background in people operations and engagement. Currently serving as the Director of People & Culture at SLAM, Jaylene has held various leadership roles at WeWork, including Lead of Global People Operations-Governance & Onboarding Compliance and Lead of Employee Experience and Engagement. Prior experience includes positions as People Operations & Engagement Manager and Human Resources Generalist at the New Jersey Innovation Institute, as well as roles at Public Partnerships | PPL and Aerotek. Jaylene holds a Master's degree in Human Behavior and Organizational Psychology and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, both from Kean University.
