John Merse

John Merse is an experienced product leader with a career spanning over 15 years in various roles. Currently serving as VP of Product at Slang.ai since November 2023, John previously held similar positions at Regal.io and Meta, where John led product initiatives for Kustomer. John’s extensive background includes progressive roles at Kustomer, starting as Product Manager and advancing to Director of Product Management. Earlier in John’s career, positions included Vice President of Product at Union Street Media and Internet Marketing Director at Dealer.com. John also served as an Adjunct Professor at Champlain College. John holds a BA in Marketing & Advertising from Rider University, obtained in 2007.
