Thomas Völk

Thomas Völk currently serves as an Area Manager at Promega Corporation, specializing in consulting and sales for academic and clinical clients in Vienna and surrounding areas since February 2013. Prior to this role, Thomas held positions as a Junior Sales Representative focusing on molecular biology and as a support staff member assisting with Helix Systems, including client acquisition and support. In addition to work in sales, Thomas is a founding member of the SLASH Filmfestival, contributing to various planning and operational aspects of the annual event. Earlier career experience includes sales roles at adidas and serving as a paramedic during civil service with the Austrian Red Cross. Thomas holds a Master’s degree in Molecular Biology and a Bachelor’s degree in General Biology from the University of Vienna.
