Safa Shabbir

Safa Shabbir started their work experience in 2018 as a Teacher at The Spirit School. In 2021, Safa joined Speridian Technologies as a Technical Recruiter (HR Executive) and later also worked as an HR Intern. During their time at Speridian Technologies, Safa was responsible for various tasks related to technical recruitment, such as sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating interviews, managing candidate data, and onboarding new hires. Safa also had experience in content creation and employee engagement. In 2023, Safa joined SlashNext as a People Analyst & Technical Recruiter.

Safa Shabbir started their education in 2012 at St. Joseph High School, where they completed their matriculation in Computer Science in 2014. Safa then joined the leadership college network from 2014 to 2016, where they pursued their intermediate degree in Engineering.

In 2017, Safa Shabbir enrolled at the University of the Punjab and pursued a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree in Business/Commerce, General. Safa completed their bachelor's degree in 2019.

From 2019 to 2021, Safa Shabbir attended the Institute of Administrative Sciences at the University of the Punjab in Lahore, Pakistan. During this time, they pursued a Master's degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General.

In terms of additional certifications, Safa Shabbir obtained the "Recruiting Foundations" certification from LinkedIn in September 2021. Furthermore, they obtained two certifications from HP, namely "Effective Business Website" and "Starting a Small Business," both in June 2023.
