Thomas Adelmeyer has held various roles in the business and technology fields since 2014. From 2014 to 2016, they were a Scientific Assistant at the University of Osnabrück in the Information Management and Business Informatics department. During this time, they were involved in projects such as GLASSHOUSE, BIRTHING, and GLASSROOM, where they were responsible for developing use cases for smart glasses, creating a mobile platform for communication and knowledge management, and developing a virtual reality solution for machine and plant training. In 2015, they also held a Praktikant role at Hellmann Worldwide Logistics, where they were responsible for researching and analyzing use cases for smart glasses and data glasses in logistics. Finally, from 2016 to the present, they have been a Business Manager for Consumer Electronics at slashwhy, where they lead a team of 50 creative minds in developing software solutions from machines to humans.

Thomas Adelmeyer has a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Wirtschaftsinformatik from Universität Osnabrück, which they earned in 2016. Thomas also has a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Wirtschaftsinformatik from Universität Osnabrück, which they earned in 2015. In 2013, they studied Management & Computer Science at the State University of New York College at Oswego. Thomas also has certifications from Scrum.org, including Professional Scrum Product Owner I (PSPO I), which they obtained in October 2021, and Professional Scrum Master I (PSM I), which they obtained in March 2018.
