Catherine Kitz

Catherine Kitz is a Program Management Specialist at Slate since January 2024, with extensive experience in engineering and project management at Ford Motor Company from September 2017 to January 2024. Throughout this time, Catherine held various roles, including Core Sensor Design and Release Engineer, Strategist and UX Researcher, Project Controls Engineer, Hybrid Powertrain Calibration Engineer, and Powertrain Modular Architecture Engineer. Demonstrating strong leadership skills, Catherine successfully led global teams in implementing advanced technologies and improving product performance. Prior to this, Catherine contributed to website development for the Notre Dame Engineering Graphics Department and enhanced operational efficiency during internships at Ford Motor Company and Pacific Gas and Electric Company. Catherine holds a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Notre Dame.
