Johan Krynauw

Johan Krynauw is a Managing Director at Allegro Funds and has over 15 years’ investment experience with a specialist background in private equity, corporate finance and turnaround investing. Johan led the Slater & Gordon take private transaction in 2023 and brings a strong understanding of the business and relevant experience in successfully implementing “Attract, Retain and Retire” models in other professional services firms such as Perth Radiological Clinic where he has been a Director since 2019. Johan is the Chairman of Everest Ice Cream and is currently a Director of Discovery Holiday Parks, Perth Radiological Clinic, and Camp Australia.

Johan has a Bachelor of Applied Finance and Bachelor of Economics from Macquarie University and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Oxford.
