Dallas Pettis

Dallas Pettis currently serves as the COO of Slater Hospitality Concepts, overseeing multiple venues including Skyline Park and Rooftop Terrace since April 2016. Previously, Dallas held the position of Director of Operations at Bhojanic and Blue Moon Pizza, where a focus on team development was emphasized. Dallas has extensive experience in management roles, including General Manager at Applecreek and Emerald Grille, as well as Manager/Trainer at NPC International (Pizza Hut). Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Behavior Studies from Southeastern University and a Bachelor of Arts in Culinary Management from Chipola College.
