Formerly a partner with a long-standing Southern California Mortgage Banking Company, Dean Weinstock joined the Slatt Capital in January 2010 with over 12 years of mortgage banking experience. During this time, Dean has been involved in the placement of highly structured loans with Life Insurance Companies, Banks and Wall Street Conduits. Various debt structures include construction, permanent, and bridge financings for property owners of commercial, industrial, office and multifamily properties. Prior to entering the mortgage banking industry, Dean worked in both the real estate appraisal and industrial brokerage fields and currently resides in Encino, California with his wife and two children.
