Jason Wang

Jason joined Slatt as a loan analyst in 2017, supporting senior mortgage bankers in underwriting, packaging, placing, and processing loan requests. Since then, he has closed over 300 commercial real estate loans totaling over $1.5 Billion. He has worked with over 60 different lenders, including Life Insurance Companies, Banks, Credit Unions, CMBS Conduit Lenders, Agency Lenders, and Private Funds.

Prior to joining Slatt Capital, Jason interned at Gemdale USA Corporation as a land acquisition analyst.

Jason Wang was born in Shenyang, and raised in Shenzhen and Beijing. He is fluent in both English and Mandarin.
