Caroline Webber

Caroline Webber is a Senior Compliance Lawyer at Slaughter and May since May 2018, with prior experience as a Compliance Lawyer and Associate Solicitor in the Banking Department at Linklaters from March 2012 to April 2018. Caroline holds extensive expertise in advising lenders and corporates on multi-jurisdictional debt financing transactions, and has worked as a secondee at Barclays Corporate Banking and Citi Private Bank, focusing on investment-grade transactions and European Market Infrastructure Regulation compliance, respectively. Caroline began their legal career at Forsters LLP as a Paralegal and participated in vacation schemes at several prestigious law firms. Education includes a LPC and GDL from the University of Law and a degree from the University of Oxford.
