Andrew Pharis, DBIA has a diverse work experience in the construction industry. Andrew started their career as a Concrete General Laborer at Desert Sage Construction in 2006, where they specialized in placing and finishing concrete structures. Andrew then worked at Bonneville Builders as a General Laborer, assisting the Superintendent, Foreman, and crew members on various construction tasks.
In 2007, Andrew became a General Foreman at Legendary Construction, where they managed a crew and successfully completed custom home and cabin projects in Bear Lake, UT. Andrew then joined McMillen Jacobs Associates in 2010 as an Intern, eventually rising to the position of Project Manager. Andrew worked on heavy civil construction projects and had teams with exceptional safety and production records. In 2016, they received the McMillen Jacobs award for "Vision & Integrity".
Since 2017, Andrew has been with Slayden Constructors Inc. In their role as Senior Project Manager, they managed a $200 million project for the Spokane Wastewater Treatment Facility, which included updates and improvements to handle peak flows of up to 150 million gallons per day. Andrew then progressed to Director of Operations and currently holds the position of Vice President Operations.
