Ashley Saunders-Madden serves as Vice President & Principal at Slayton Search Partners, providing strategic leadership focused on innovation and quality in search services since August 2022. Previously, Ashley held various roles at Exact Sciences, including Associate Director of University Relations and Inclusion, where Ashley redefined recruitment strategies and fostered diversity initiatives. With experience as an Inclusion and Talent Strategy Manager and HR recruiter, Ashley has a strong background in managing complex talent searches across multiple sectors. Prior roles include Candidate Relations Manager at Nordic Consulting Partners and Talent Sourcing Specialist at Baker Tilly Search & Staffing. Ashley began a career in education as an Art Educator with Chicago Public Schools and holds a Master of Arts from Columbia College Chicago and a Bachelor of Science from Olivet Nazarene University.
