Aria Abubakar

Aria Abubakar is an accomplished professional in the field of geophysics and digital technology, currently serving as the Global Head of Geophysics Digital Technology and Scientific Advisor at SLB. Previously, Aria held the position of Head of Data Science and Advisor for Digital Subsurface Solutions at the same organization. Aria's extensive experience includes a role as Consultant at Carolinas Medical Center/Carolinas Healthcare System in the Biophysical Laboratory and as a Postdoctoral Applied Researcher in the Section of Applied Geophysics at Delft University of Technology. Additionally, Aria has contributed to software development as a Software Programmer at ABF Research. Educationally, Aria holds a PhD in Computational Science and an MSc in Electrical Engineering, both from Delft University of Technology.
