Mahmoud Makkawi

Mahmoud Makkawi is a seasoned professional in the oil and gas industry with extensive experience at Schlumberger, holding various managerial and engineering roles since November 2012, including Reservoir Performance Stimulation Manager and Resource Planner for Well Services in Iraq. Responsibilities have included short-term operational planning, personnel development for over 250 employees, and the design and execution of stimulation jobs. Prior to Schlumberger, Mahmoud worked as a Process Engineer at SUDAPET Co. Ltd, focusing on gas utilization projects, and completed internships with PETRONAS and RAM Energy Co. Ltd. Mahmoud holds a B.Sc. (Honors) in Chemical Engineering from the University of Khartoum and a Post Graduate Diploma in Process Engineering from Suvidya Institute of Technology.
