Raf Vijgen

Raf Vijgen is an HR Digital Owner at SLB since May 1997, responsible for shaping the HR digital landscape and enhancing business performance through improved efficiency, user experience, and innovation. With extensive experience managing HR systems across the Eastern Hemisphere for over 50,000 employees, Raf has led multiple roles focused on workforce planning, talent management, and operational excellence. Significant prior positions include HR Manager for the Abingdon Technology Centre and various managerial roles in Latin America, Indonesia, and Ecuador, culminating in a strong foundation of technical and leadership skills in the oil and gas industry. Raf holds an MSc in Mining Engineering from KU Leuven and began career as a Software Consultant at Wang.
