Curt Dvonch's work experience begins in 2004 as an Engineering Intern at Harsh Environment Applied Technologies (HEAT) Inc. From 2008 to 2009, they worked as a Student Researcher at Los Alamos National Laboratory. Curt then served as an Instrumentation Technologist at Los Alamos National Laboratory from 2011 to 2013. In 2013, Curt joined Tiger Optics as a Sales and Applications Engineer. Curt then worked at Collins Aerospace as an Applications Engineer and Program Manager from 2014 to 2019. Curt moved on to Lockheed Martin as a Senior Test and Integration Engineer from 2019 to 2021. Currently, they are employed as a Senior Test Engineer at KYOCERA SLD Laser. In this role, they design, implements, and verifies innovative tests and test systems for optoelectronic device development and characterization. Curt integrates various components, such as high power lasers, fiber optics, motion control systems, and spectrometers, into automated test systems.

Curt Dvonch earned an MS degree in Sustainable Environmental Resource Management from James Madison University and the University of Malta between 2009 and 2011.
