Josip Kovačević

Josip Kovačević has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Josip currently holds the position of Vice President Global Auto and European Business Development at KYOCERA SLD Laser since June 2022. Prior to this role, they served as Senior Business Development at the same company from May 2019 to June 2022.

In 2016, Josip established their own consulting firm, JK Consulting.online, where they currently serve as the Owner & Managing Director. As the Enabler, they played a significant role in the company from April 2016 to March 2022.

Additionally, Josip has held leadership positions at several other organizations. Josip served as the Owner & Managing Director of Latitude Associates since November 2020. Josip was also a part of the Advisory Board at HSL srl from January 2018 to March 2022 and at LIGHTWORKS GmbH from July 2018 to December 2020.

Prior to their entrepreneurial endeavors, Josip gained valuable experience working at various companies. Josip served as Vice President Germany / Vice President Sales & Business Development at OLSA Group from July 2012 to November 2015. Josip also held the role of Principal / Vice President Marketing at ACTANO GmbH from January 2011 to June 2012.

In the earlier stages of their career, Josip worked at Magna International as the Head of Purchasing from September 2008 to January 2011. Prior to that, they held the role of Program Manager / Purchasing Lead Buyer at BMW Group from September 1994 to August 2008.

Josip Kovačević completed a Distance Study in Mechanical Engineering at the Technikerschule München from 1999 to 2002. This was followed by another Distance Study in Mechanical Engineering at the Hochschule für Technik und Wirtschaft Berlin, where they obtained a Graduate Engineer degree from 2003 to 2008.
