Sang Ho Oh

Sang Ho Oh has worked for two different companies in their career. Sang Ho started their career at UC Santa Barbara in 2011 as a Graduate Student Researcher and worked there until December 2016. In 2017, they joined SLD Laser as a Process Engineer and worked in this role until March 2019. Sang Ho then got promoted to the role of Process Development Engineer and worked in this position until June 2020. Currently, their role at SLD Laser is MTS Process Engineering, starting from June 2020.

Sang Ho Oh pursued an extensive education in the field of engineering and statistics. From 1999 to 2007, they attended Yonsei University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Applied Statistics/Economics. Afterward, they enrolled at Seoul National University, where they completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Electrical Engineering from 2007 to 2010. Seeking further specialization, Sang Ho Oh joined UC Santa Barbara for their Master of Science (MS) degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering (ECE) from 2010 to 2011. Finally, they continued their academic journey at UC Santa Barbara, where they pursued a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Electrical and Computer Engineering, specializing in the same field from 2011 to 2017.
