Ashley Johnson

Ashley Johnson, SPHR, currently serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer at SLEA Therapies, a position held since October 2023. Johnson has an extensive background in human resources, including previous roles as Human Resources Director at both Dimension Hospitality and SLEA Therapies. Prior experience also includes positions as Human Resources Manager at SetPoint Medical and Behavioral Learning Network LLC, and HR Generalist at Harbor Rail Services Company. Johnson began a career in human resources as a Human Resources and Legal Administrator at Mr. Stax Inc and worked as an HR Administrative Assistant at Barrington. An education background includes a Bachelor of Arts in History from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo and an ongoing MBA in Human Resources Management from Capella University, expected to be completed in 2024.
