Trevor Holmes

Trevor Holmes is currently the Innovation Manager at Sleaford Quality Foods. Previously, Trevor served as the Group Culinary Innovation Chef at Bakkavor for a period of 26 years, where Trevor led and managed innovation projects, provided hospitality services to executives, and delivered workshops on food trends and techniques. Prior to that, Trevor gained international culinary experience and worked at prestigious establishments in the UK.
