Alison Gains

Level Designer at Sledgehammer Games

Alison Gains has work experience in the gaming industry, starting in 2016 at Ubisoft Toronto. They initially worked as a Development Tester for games like Far Cry 5 and Starlink: Battle for Atlas, where they created and distributed test plans and bug reports. They also documented mission walkthroughs and open world information for partners. In 2018, they transitioned to the role of Level Designer for Far Cry 6. In this role, they developed the open world experience for specific regions, collaborated with the Level Art team, and designed and implemented activities in the game. They currently work at Sledgehammer Games as a Level Designer.

Alison Gains pursued their education at Niagara College from 2012 to 2015, where they obtained an Advanced Diploma in Game Development. Prior to that, from 2009 to 2011, they attended Fanshawe College and received a Diploma in Radio Broadcasting.
