Evangelos Kotsonis

Evangelos Kotsonis has a diverse work experience spanning over 15 years. Evangelos is currently the CEO and Co-Founder of e-satisfaction.com, a platform that helps companies build customer-centric habits through data and technology. Evangelos is also a Member of the Board at the Greek e-Commerce Association.

Prior to their current roles, Evangelos founded Sleed, an e-business and digital marketing company. Evangelos provided various services such as developing and promoting online presence, managing online marketing campaigns, and consulting in the areas of online marketing, e-commerce, and e-business.

Evangelos also worked as a researcher at Athens University of Economics and Business, where they participated in projects related to consumer behavior and medical information retrieval.

Earlier in their career, Evangelos gained valuable experience as a Senior Security Consultant at Adacom S.A. Evangelos was responsible for planning and managing information security projects, analyzing requirements for security solutions, and delivering consulting services. Evangelos also played a key role in developing ADACOM's Information Security Management System and standardized the components of its consulting practice.

Before that, Evangelos worked as an administrator at Athens University of Economics and Business, where they managed Windows Active Directory, administered Linux systems, maintained hardware and software, and dealt with security threats.

Evangelos'sacademic journey began at the 3rd High School of Piraeus, where they completed their secondary education from 1996 to 1999. Following this, they attended the Technological and Educational Institute of Epirus from 2000 to 2001, specializing in Teleinformatics and Management.

Afterward, they enrolled at the Athens University of Economics and Business, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from 2001 to 2005. Subsequently, they continued their studies at the same institution and achieved a Master of Science degree in Information Systems from 2006 to 2008.

Eager to enhance their professional knowledge and skills, Evangelos pursued various certifications. Evangelos obtained the Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) credential from ISACA in January 2010. In January 2012, they became an Authorized Symantec Consultant (ASC) for IT Compliance Assessment. Evangelos further enhanced their expertise by earning the Symantec Technical Specialist (STS) certification in Symantec Control Compliance in April 2011.

In May 2008, they completed a course in Information Security Management Systems Auditing in accordance with EN ISO 27001:2005 from TUV Austria Akademie. Later, in May 2013, they achieved the Google Analytics Individual Qualification from Google.

Lastly, in March 2014, they obtained the Google Analytics Platform Principles certification from Google, adding yet another credential to their already diverse range of qualifications.
