Adrienne Fox (She/Her/Elle), CCP has over 20 years of experience in the field of human resources and total rewards. Adrienne has held various leadership roles in companies such as Sleeman Breweries Ltd., Region of Waterloo, The CUMIS Group, RIM, and Mercer.

In their most recent position at Sleeman Breweries Ltd. as the National Director, HR Shared Services, Adrienne led a team of experts and program managers to provide HR services to over 1,100 employees nationally. Adrienne was responsible for overseeing the development and maintenance of HR programs in compensation, benefits, recruitment, diversity, equity, and inclusion. Additionally, Adrienne partnered with internal stakeholders to address various challenges in attraction and retention, employee engagement, and reorganization.

Prior to their role at Sleeman, Adrienne worked as the Total Rewards Manager at the same company, where they managed national total rewards programs for over 1,100 employees. Adrienne also led the compensation department at the Region of Waterloo, where they developed and implemented compensation, job description, and evaluation policies. At The CUMIS Group, Adrienne was responsible for designing and implementing performance management and compensation programs. And at RIM, they provided market intelligence on talent and job groups, conducted market analyses, and advised the business on hiring practices related to compensation.

Earlier in their career, Adrienne worked as a Compensation Analyst at Mercer, where they conducted salary surveys for multinational organizations and provided training on market pricing software.

Adrienne Fox (She/Her/Elle), CCP, obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Psychology from Bishop's University, where they studied from 1996 to 2000. Later on, they pursued a Post Graduate Diploma in Research and Analysis from Georgian College. Adrienne's educational journey also includes a certification as a Certified Compensation Professional, which they obtained from World at Work.
