Julie joined Sleep Data in 2012. She has over 20 years of experience in the field of Human Resource Management. She has extensive hands-on experience leading HR initiatives including employee relations, performance management, recruiting, benefit administration, compliance and training. Most of her career has been spent working with small to mid sized organizations in industries such as healthcare, high tech and construction. Her main focus at Sleep Data continues to be recruiting and retention as the business grows. Julie holds Bachelor’s Degrees in Organizational Communication and Spanish from the University of Wisconsin, Eau Claire in addition to her professional.
