Marla Neuger

Marla Neuger is an experienced analytics professional currently serving as the Manager of Enterprise Analytics at Sleep Number Corporation since March 2021. In this role, Marla leads the Enterprise Analytics Team, collaborating with business stakeholders to support strategic initiatives and oversee the transition of reports to Power BI. Marla has also supervised and coached a team of data analysts and data scientists, promoting skills in coding and data storytelling. Previous roles at Sleep Number include Sr. Data Analyst, where Marla managed a team to develop insights for customer engagement, and Sr. Analyst in Data Analytics, where Marla conducted in-depth analyses to inform strategic decisions and enhance sales.
