Mary de Guzman

Mary de Guzman, CRSP, ESG-P, LEED-GA is the Director of Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) at Sleep Country Canada, where responsibilities include supporting the development of ESG strategies and environmental programs. Prior to this role, Mary served as a Senior National Manager at Purolator Inc., overseeing Corporate Social Responsibility, Sustainability, and Diversity & Inclusion initiatives, as well as managing Environmental, Health & Safety Programs and Compliance. Additional experience includes roles at The Martin-Brower Company, ARAMARK, and Magna International, with significant expertise in health, safety, and environmental management. Mary also has teaching experience as a professor at Niagara College Canada and holds multiple degrees and certifications in sustainability, risk management, and environmental management from respected institutions.
