Mike Douglas

Mike Douglas is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in supply chain management, merchandising, and commercial strategy. Currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Merchandising, Supply Chain, & Commercial Strategy at Sleep Country Canada since January 2021, Mike previously held various leadership roles at Malouf, including President of the Home Division and Vice President of Sales and Marketing. Earlier in the career, Mike was the Owner of Advent Creative and served as COO at The Adventure Zone. Additional experience includes a Retail Manager position at AT&T Mobile. Mike holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from Utah State University, obtained between 2000 and 2005.
