Elizabeth Serafin

Elizabeth Serafin has over 12 years of professional experience in the field of project management. Elizabeth began their career in 2008 as a Client Manager at Niemann Capital Management, where they were promoted from receptionist to client manager during their four-year tenure. In 2012, they joined The Listening Stack as a Provider Support Team, where they cultivated new client base by developing relationships with hearing care providers across the country and prepared and administered client service contracts. In 2013, Elizabeth began working at McDill Associates as an Account Executive, where they served as the primary liaison between the creative agency and its clients to manage the project life cycle. Her core responsibilities included creating budgets and timelines, oral and written briefs, facilitating client meetings, contributing to creative exploration, and project billing. Elizabeth currently works at Sleepless Media as a Project Manager.

Elizabeth Serafin obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Communication, General from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill between 2003 and 2007.
