Steffon Arnold

Steffon Arnold has extensive experience in technology integration and management, currently serving as President of Sleepy Lion Corporation since July 2012, where responsibilities include leading strategic development and implementation. Prior to this role, Steffon worked at State Farm for over 24 years, holding several positions including Software Engineer, End User Computing Analyst, and Technical Services Specialist, focusing on application development, technical support, and system analysis. Additional experience includes customer service and technical support roles at Time Warner Cable and Scheels, as well as a background in data management with Lincoln Journal Star. Steffon holds multiple advanced degrees in Project Management and Management Information Systems from Bellevue University and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management with a focus on MIS from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
