Christian-Nicolas SAGUEZ has over 15 years of experience in the field of human resources. Christian-Nicolas is currently the Head of HR at Sleever International, where they oversee HR portfolio, global policy implementation, training and development, compensation and benefits, and payroll supervision. Prior to this, they served as the Head of Human Resources France and Compliance Officer at Sulzer Pompes France, managing payroll, talent development, training, union management, and disciplinary actions. Christian-Nicolas also has experience as the Deputy Head of HR at Oniris and as an HR Assistant at STORAGETEK LIMITED. Christian-Nicolas started their career as an HR support at SNECMA Service.

Christian-Nicolas Saguez obtained a Master's degree in Management du changement from UVSQ Université de Versailles Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines in 2005. Prior to that, they completed a Maîtrise degree in Administration Économique et Sociale mention Ressources Humaines with a focus on Gestion des ressources humaines / administration du personnel, général from the same university in 2002.
