Kristian André Aspevik

Kristian André Aspevik is a Senior Platform Engineer at Slerp, a position they have held since 2021. From 2018 to 2021, they were a CD Acceleration Engineer and Platform Engineer at Treatwell. As part of the Platform Team, they developed a deployment strategy and tooling, combined Ansible and Cloudformation, managed and maintained shared cloud infrastructure, created an automated startup/shutdown service, and migrated CI/CD pipelines. From 2017 to 2018, Kristian was a Peer Assisted Study Support (PASS) Student Organiser and Teaching Assistant at Queen Mary University of London. As a student organiser, they were responsible for planning and running weekly sessions, and as a teaching assistant they provided academical assistance and utilised a variety of methods to teach and assist students. From 2016 to 2017, Kristian was a Software Engineer Intern at Hubble by insightsoftware.com, where they developed the Hubble software suite, built and enhanced infrastructural solutions, and expanded on developer documentation.

Kristian André Aspevik obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science and Multimedia with Industrial Experience from Queen Mary University of London in 2018. Kristian André also obtained an Oracle Certified Associate, Java SE 7 Programmer certification from Oracle in September 2015.
