As a business partner to the CEO and divisional manager, Bob assesses organizational performance against both the annual budget and the company’s long-term strategy, and develops tools and systems to provide critical financial and operational information to the company. Bob has over 32-years in the construction and financial industries and has been with Sletten Construction since 1987.
