Caio Kinzel Filho

Caio Kinzel Filho is a seasoned software engineer and consultant with extensive experience in engineering leadership and software development. Currently serving as Principal Software Engineer at Slice since February 2024, Caio also operates as an Independent Consultant for Orange Gigs since February 2015. Previous roles include Head of Engineering at Forget Me Not Chat from June 2022 to March 2024, Engineering Lead at Flex from May 2020 to June 2022, and Senior Software Engineer at InDebted for a brief period in late 2019. Caio's career began with a focus on C# development in companies such as TOTVS and HOS Soluções de Informática, and was further enriched by a strong academic background in Digital Systems Engineering from Universidade Estadual do Rio Grande do Sul and a Master's degree in Testing and Reliability from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul.
