Joseph Pazona

Joseph Pazona is a seasoned urologist and healthcare executive, currently serving as the CEO and urologist at Pazona MD Urology, which was established in August 2020 during the COVID-19 pandemic in Nashville. In addition, Joseph holds the position of Chief Executive Officer at VirtuCare, focusing on addressing specialty care challenges in rural America. Prior experience includes roles as a urologist at Associated Urologists of Nashville and Chief of Urology and Robotic Surgery at UAB Medicine. Joseph began a urology practice at Confluence Health after completing residency training, where notable contributions include pioneering robotic-assisted surgery in Central Washington.
