Robert Coombs

Robert Coombs is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in operations, communications, and strategic leadership within the healthcare and tech industries. Currently serving as Founder & CEO of Baton Health, Robert also holds positions as OpCo Founder and Advisor at Redesign Health, and is a member of Slice of Healthcare and Round. Previously, Robert led operations at Vestwell, significantly reducing onboarding escalations, and served as Head of Operations at andros, where growth from 30 to over 120 employees was achieved. Robert's background includes roles as Chief Operating Officer at The Class by Taryn Toomey, Co-Founder and Chief Marketing Officer at White Tale Coffee, and Vice President of Communications at The Council of State Governments. Robert holds a Master’s degree in Organizational Communication and a Bachelor’s degree in Communication from the University of Colorado Boulder.
