Kirsty McAleese

Kirsty McAleese is a seasoned professional in talent development and human resources, currently serving as the Talent and L&D Manager at Slice since October 2023. Previously, Kirsty volunteered as a People Development & Employee Relations Specialist at Apart of Me from May 2023 to July 2024, and held various roles at Rapid7, including Senior People Development Specialist and People Development Specialist, from September 2019 to September 2023. Kirsty also worked at MRP | Market Resource Partners as Corporate Training Manager, Learning and Development Specialist, and Account Executive between January 2016 and August 2019. Kirsty holds a CIPD Level 5 in People Management from South Eastern Regional College and a Bachelor of Arts in Criminology from Queen's University Belfast.
